THE STORM BEFORE THE CALM?

Just a quick update... we started construction today at Medallion (and closed on Sun Bay). You know Medallion was just fine without any improvements... we'd actually have been happy to live there as our primary residence. BUT... to make it really valuable there are all these little improvements we wanted to make (like today they were scraping the popcorn off the ceilings). As you can see - things get alot worse before they start to get better! Isn't this what they call "the storm before the calm"? (hehe)
