I was elated by the article regarding Citi's moretorium on primary residential foreclosures only to be slammed by the news today. Hope or despair... seems an endless cycle of extremes. Here's some of the latest news... good and bad. I say, look for the silver lining - we have a new Presidency coming into office in January, a new party in the majority, and new plans and hopes for change. Hang in there until mid 2009 and you may get past the worst :)
