- Tuesday, 8/26/08 - Hey! A reverse GOTCHYA! We called to have the electric connected (technically, getting them to NOT disconnect it) on Sun Bay and it only cost a $25 deposit! (It cost $190 for Medallion!!!)
- Monday, 8/25/08 - Called our insurance company to ask what to do re: the air conditioning unit being stolen... it's considered "part of the structure" so it has a $1300 deductible associated with it!
- Sunday, 8/24/08 - So after finding, yesterday, that the air conditioning unit had been stolen and waiting around for the police and then having a HUMONGOUS storm use up the rest of our daylight... Sponge and I headed back over to Medallion today so he could knock down the fence before the "brush collection" starts at 8:00am tomorrow. Fun way to spend your Sunday... hard labor :) Gotta do what ya gotta do!
- Saturday, 8/23/08 - It occurred to me that we had a crew out to trim the trees on Wednesday (8/20/08) and maybe they accidentally cut some power lines? We went looking... I found power lines cut clean by the back left corner of the house. Called to Sponge to come look at the lines and SOMEONE HAD STOLEN OUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. Turned off the power, cut the lines from the house, and hauled it clean away!
- Saturday, 8/23/08 - We went to Medallion about 11:00am together and went thru each of the circuit breaker switches in the garage to see which ones controlled what... no reaction from any of them but the master bedroom and kitchen
- Friday, 8/22/08 - Went back to Medallion around 2:00pm and found that the main circuit breaker on the side of the house was open wide and all the swiches were turned off. He turned them back on but only got power to the master bedroom and kitchen :( AND NO AIR CONDITIONING!
- Friday, 8/22/08 - He came home and called the power company... they said they didn't cut the power
- Friday, 8/22/08 - Sponge went to Medallion @ 8:00am and found that the power had been cut off
